Symptom:
Need to increase character limit for MAC address for synthetic phone

Conditions:
While adding synthetic phone, a pop up message says 
"Enter a valid MAC address, valid characters are 0-9 and A-F. Please use the following MAC address format: xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx or xxxxxxxxxxxx", however CER supports only upto "11-11-11-11-"
