Symptom:
RTMT Trace & Log Central Can not download all of the essential Database Replicator Traces required to troubleshoot DB replication problems.

Conditions:
When the "Cisco Database Replicator Trace" service  is selected it does not download traces under the folder

activelog cm/trace/dbl/*.log
