Symptom: User gets the error that they cannot communicate due to policy requiring a secure connection Conditions: 1. User A and User B are logged into Jabber 2. User B messages User A 3. User A does not see the message and does not reply 4. User B Logs out of the desktop client then logs into Jabber for iOS and is now mobile 5. User B tries to message User A again 6. User B gets the error that they cannot communicate due to policy requiring a secure connection.
