Symptom: incorrect call history data (outlook contact) Conditions: I have following scenario set up: I'm logged in as firstname.lastname@example.org 1.User email@example.com has phone number in AD - 4089023900 This user on CUCM has phone 3900 2.Outlook user test Katarina has phone 3900 If I make call to phone number 3900 I see call window pop up with title test Katarina, and call is made to katarina1, user katarina1 receive call Issue is when katarina1 make call to user firstname.lastname@example.org - call toast display test Katarina, wwhite can receive call, but in call history I see sip:email@example.com, I would expect to see test Katarina in call history for this case.
