Description (partial)
Symptom: Active call is removed from the call control panel when changes are made to the File > Options > Configuration menu within the console. After the changes are applied the call disappears from the screen but remains active on the operator handset. Conditions: Issue will happen if any changes are applied to the file > options > configuration menu item.
