ELAN SR with QOS,EOAM &L2CP attributes going 'invalid' state

Conditions:
create EVC policy for ELAN with latest customisation templates with QOS,E-OAM and L2CP attributes.
create SR for the same.
Save the SR and deploy
SR goes to invalid
