Description (partial)

Symptom:
Updates from GC carry both Md5 and SHA384 checksum. In IPS we are validating only MD5 for the updates.Md5 is going to be deprecated and IPS needs to use SHA384 checksum for checking the data integrity.

Conditions:
When GC is configured .
