Symptom:
Symptom:

In some situations, eem_server & aipc_proxy continuosly crashing. Also, the processes eem_server & aipc_proxy consumes more file descriptor.
 
RP/0/0/CPU0:Mar 22 18:40:34.213 : wdsysmon[433]: %HA-HA_WD-4-FD_MIN_LIM : Process aipc_proxy, pid 73776 is using 857 file descriptors out of a max of 1000. Minor Limit (80%) crossed. 
RP/0/0/CPU0:Mar 22 18:40:49.214 : wdsysmon[433]: %HA-HA_WD-3-FD_CRIT_LIM : Process eem_server, pid 155851 is using 953 file descriptors out of a max of 1000. Critical limit (95%) crossed.

Conditions:
When we do RPFO then we are seeing continuous crashes on eem_server & aipc_proxy processes.
