Description (partial)

Symptom:
when packed data corresponding to

RP/0/0/CPU0:ios(config-redundancy-group-controller)# member ipv4
1.1.1.1 backup-interface GigabitEthernet0/0/0/1

is created by netconf agent in sysdb based on schema information (using N in packed for the ip address), then during commit an internal configuration failure is reported and commit is refused

also when configuring through CLI there is a warning that a tuple is using 'd' while it should be using 'N'

RP/0/0/CPU0:ios(config-redundancy-group-controller)# member ipv4
1.1.1.1 backup-interface GigabitEthernet0/0/0/1
extract_tuple: libparser_packedtuple IPADDR incorrectly using 'd' in
tuple should be 'N' tuple type : gl/rgmgr/mr-aps/group/1/if/SONET0_0_0_0

Conditions:
config is created by netconf agent in sysdb based on schema information
