Description (partial) 

Symptom:
XR EIGRP not seeing and not seen as stub by IOS & NXOS EIGRP

Conditions:
If XR EIGRP is running in little endian machine and NXOS EIGRP is running in little endian machine / IOS EIGRP is running in big endian machine, then XR EIGRP will not be seen and will not see the NXOS / IOS EIGRP as stubs.
