Description (partial)

Symptom:
steps to reproduce the issue:
- This issue is relating to multi context mode
- Configuration > Context Management > Interfaces
- allocate any hardware interface to user context
- add the allocate hardware interface as member interface for port channel
- click on ok and apply

CLI preview shows the error message like

[OK] Interface GigabitEthernet0/0
      Interface GigabitEthernet0/0
[ERROR] channel-group 5 mode Active
	 interface has already been allocated to a context.

Conditions:
This problem is happen when create a port channel with user context interface
