Description (partial)

When user tries to fetch detailed file analysis report from Web UI and if File Analysis Server is unreachable, it takes about a minute before GUI times out and throws correct error messages. For the duration of this one minute, other Web UI pages are inaccessible. This situation should occur rarely or infrequently [ file analysis server down], combined with the fact that user tries to fetch detail reports at the same time.

Symptom:
GUI takes 1 minute to show end user the error message in certain scenario's. For this one minute of time period, other pages of WUI are inaccessible.

Conditions:
SB Server is down and user tries to get detailed file analysis report
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
