Description (partial)

The Feature Group Template added via subscriber cannot be deleted from Configuration page, further Access Control Group selected needs to be added twice for ACP to get listed.

1)Login to CCMAdmin from Subscriber.

2)Access the path User Management->User/Phone Add->Feature Group Template and add FGT
3)Make an attempt to delete the added FGT via configuration page..following message is displayed
"Delete failed. No DELETE permission for featuregrouptemplate"
However the added FGT can be deleted from Find and List Feature Group Templates.

4) Access the path User Management->User/Phone Add->Quck User/Phone Add.
5) Add the user after providing input data for First Name,User ID, Last Name and Feature Group Template.
6)Make an attempt to select following Access Control Groups from User is a member Dropdown box.. they being Third Party Application Users, Standard Audit Users or Standard Confidential Access Level users by clicking on + button presen
warning message indicating "The value selected is a not a valid Access Control Group" message is displayed which is incorrect as the above 3 mentioned values are valid ACG.
Further the addition of above ACG is not successful and the UI goes to default state as if ACG was not added..
7)2nd attempt made to add them is successful.
Addition of ACG sgould be successful at First place which is not happening at the moment.
