Description (partial)

Symptom:
An application fault shall be seen when messages are released/deleted from Centralized Quarantines present on SMA. The application fault shall match the following information:

An application fault occurred: ('egg/quarantine_smtp.py send_xput|172', "<class 'coro._coro.TimeoutError'>", '', '[egg/quarantine_smtp.py run|215] [egg/quarantine_smtp.py _run|244] [egg/quarantine_smtp.py _message_loop|273] [egg/quarantine_smtp.py send_xput|172]')

Conditions:
- Centralized Policy Virus Outbreak Quarantine is configured, and
- SMA fails to respond to a request from the ESA within 10 minutes (due to SMA error, network problem, etc)
