Description (partial)

RTMT 10.0(1) Upon Loading Profile saved in an earlier version of UCM such as 9.x the user gets an error pop-up indicating "Unable to restore configuration! null"

RTMT Profile is saved in an earlier version of UCM for example in 9.x and then attempted to load once the Cluster is upgraded to 10.0.

The Error window appears to indicate there was a problem loading the Profile however all RTMT Functionality and configuration appears to be loaded properly.
