Symptom:
sessmger crash happened twice in the lab using a call simulator. Detail of this sessmgr crash is following:

Conditions:
This problem occurs during following scenario:  
1/ Number of 1000 3G Attach/sec 
2/ After each Attach, wait 5sec then activate a PDP Context. 
3/ Send an MS deatach from the simulator after 600sec . 
We maintain about 600k subscribers in permanence in the SGSN with these conditions
