Cisco Bug: CSCun47443 - VLAN isn't marked as dirty when re-connect client cannot get IP via DHCP

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When client re-connect to wireless network and DHCP server is no longer available at that time, client cannot get IP address. However, VLAN isn't marked as dirty even if client cannot get address via DHCP. Due to that, client cannot use another VLAN and it leads communication problem. Conditions: Client can get IP address from selected VLAN previously and WLC has information for that client.
