Description (partial)

Symptom:
BGP set the nexthop incorrectly when the inbound route-map with set ip nexthop peer-address is configured.

Conditions:
The symptoms are observed when the prefixes are learned from rfc5549 v6 RRC neighbors and advertised to rfc5549 v4 RRC neighbor when v4 RRC has the set ip next-hop peer-address configured.
