Description (partial)
Symptom: CUAC-S v10 customers that have configured a sync between CUCM and CUAC-S may find that they achieve partial or no contacts when the sync completes at login. Conditions: Assuming connection criteria and application user roles are correct, this is likely tied to there being a Uni-code character in the EndUser table of CUCM.
