Description (partial)

If the end user and the server time zone are set correctly but are on different days due to the international date line (for example, US and Australia), the end user will experience report generation using the relative date filter starting or ending at unexpected times.

For example, when running a report with a relative date range of  "Yesterday" when the user is in AEST and the server is in CST, you'll see the report start time at 7:00 AM instead of midnight as expected.

Server time zone and User time zone are set correctly but due to the international date line, the two are on different days when the report is run.
