Description (partial)

Jabber fails to sign out completely from a webex login and the screen to re-enter password remains inactive. The automated test times out at 60 seconds mark. The acceptable time limit here is <=10 seconds.

After waiting for up to 60 seconds the prompt is not activated to re-enter user's password.

1. User logs in Jabber on Edge using WebEx login credentials and waits for call caps to be activated on jabber.
2. User signs out using menu option "File - Sign out" to sign out of jabber.
