Symptom:
Play not working on IE & Chrome (Win 8.1)

Conditions:
Inbox-Not able to play Voice msg via computer. Error message displayed "HTML 5 browser or Quick time player required"

Issue reproduced on:
OS : Windows 8.1 Enterprise 32 bit
Browser: IE11 and Chrome 32
