Description (partial)
Symptom: 1. Standby RP will have out-of-sync entries. With MPLS-TE NSR enabled, the standby RP will have out-of-sync entries which will result in flapping of the path-protected LSP of the tunnel after an SSO. [2] Leaking an LSP. A third LSP will be signaled and leaked (there is no management of the LSP). There are supposed to be two LSPs at steady state (primary and path protected), but with this defect, there will be primary, path protected, and leaked LSP. Conditions: This symptom occurs with a reoptimization of a tunnel that has failed with path protection enabled.
