Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call is dropped unexpectedly after pressing resume softkey


CUCM: 10.5.0.99820-6
Phone: sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-2


Reproduce steps:
1.PhoneA connected with PhoneB.
2. Press transfer softkey on PhoneA and then dial a wrong number, reorder tone playback at PhoneA side as expected.
3. press transfer softkey, nothing happened as expected.
4.press cancel key then press resume key

The observation is:
The call on Phone A will be ended after pressing resume key, but PhoneB still on connected status.
