Description (partial)

Symptom:
Printer is working fine to print output if they run within the JDE but It Is not working through Tidal and Debug logs tab doesn't showing details log information.

Conditions:
Below two options are not working for JDE adapter. 

Print Immediate option : 
JDE Job definition --> Output ---> Print immediately.

Debug logs option :
Job details under the Job Activity ---> Run Info ---> Debug logs.

JDE Tools 	9.1.3.3
Tidal 		Master : 6.1.0.425 and plugins: 6.1.0.434 
JDE Adapter 	4.1.0.228


1. Customer have JDE batch job to print job output.
2. JDE adapter (connections and job setup) and Printer setup have been configured.
3. Printer is working fine to print output if they run within the JDE but It Is not working through Tidal.
4. Job ran comleted normally but printer is doesn't take the print of the job output.

and also Debug logs tab doesn't showing details log information.
