Description (partial)

Symptom:
With the current implementation, 'debug raw-socket tcp packet' command 
will produce debug traces(packet hex dump) of all the TTY lines. 

There is no conditional debugging support to dump the packets for a specific
TTY line or interface.

Conditions:
No conditional debugging support for 'debug raw-socket tcp packet' debug command.
