Cisco Bug: CSCun44400 - Two DataPassThroughReq within 1 sec causes TransactionId '0' in Response
Sep 16, 2014
- Cisco Unified IP Phone 7900 Series
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Multiple DatapassthroughReq in a short period of time, causes the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 7925 to respond back with TransactionID '0' (Zero) in DatapassthroughRes. This causes CUCM/CTI/JTAPI/TAPI Application to timeout CTI Datapassthrough Requests. "CtiRequestTimer Timer Expired" and "deviceDataPassThrough request failed" would be seen in the CTI manager logs. Wireshark Filter = (skinny.messageid == 0x0000013f) || (skinny.messageid == 0x00000042) would display TransactionID = '0' under SCCP Conditions: Using an XSI application that sends XSI messages back to back.
