Cisco Bug: CSCun43690 - PI doesn't learn the clients at first run of background task.

Description (partial)

Symptom:
We are having testbed with WLC 3.6.0.60 ( 8500 WLC) configured in PI 2.0 (172.28.44.63). We are using 2 Talwar Sim simulator and one Saber Sim simulator to add clients at WLC.

Saber Sim Simulator:3.6.0.76
Talwar Sim1 Simulator : 3.6.0.31
Talwar Sim2 Simulator : 3.6.0.32

We are adding 10,000 clients using the simulator at WLC. The snapshots with all the details are attached. 

The PI doesn't update the client count at PI after the Lightweight Client Status task ( Background Task) is finished. After the 5 minute interval, the task again run and then it updates with the client count from WLC at PI.
