Description (partial)

1)	User has never added the user to their contact list. (does not have the user cached)
2)	User searches for the user and opens an IM window.
3)	User is in desk phone mode.
4)	User dials the internal extension from the deskphone (not from jabber)
5)	User sees two windows, one for the active call and one for the IM session.  These should be merged.

Potentially related to the need for Directory Lookup Rules when the extension is 7 digits and the AD number is 10 digits.  Though this is not confirmed.
