Description (partial)

Symptom:
FEC129 AII-type2 pseudowire remains down after removing l2vpn configuration and rolling it back.

Conditions:
The issue where the FEC129 AII-2 PW remains down after remove l2vpn configuration and rolling it back happens under following conditions:

1- Remove l2vpn configuration and rollback must be done on active T-PE. (problem is not seen on passive T-PE)
2- Post l2vpn configuration removal and prior to rollback, the LDP session between T-PEs remains up. Usually, LDP session is closed since all adjacency are gone from l2vpn and that session is NOT shared with other services.

The LDP session may remain up under following example:
A- the LDP session is shared with L3
B- targeted neighbor is configured under mpls ldp
C- T-PE are connected back to back and the discovery transport session is up.
