Precision Queue not consistently routing calls to ready agents

After an agent attribute is removed, agent logs out and then logs back in at a later time. This is not always reproducible.

Agent removed from PQ still shows in Queue
Hi gents  i have an agent that was removed from PQ by removing all attributes. He was also removed from his team. On ucce admin the agent has no attributes and no team. But when I test the agent credentials finesse shows the agent in the same queue he has been removed from and he also comes up on the queues wall board. Any ideas on why this is happening  thanks
