Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When upgrading from EIM 4.4 to EIM 9.0 there is no process to import archived email attachments to the database. Conditions: When previous version stores attachments in the physical format. Upgrading to the new version does not have any way to import the files to the new format. (database storage)
