Symptom: When UCS Central is restored using a full state backup, the UCS domain that registered to UCS Central with IPv6 address goes into Lost-visibility state. Upon Suspending and acknowledging the registration state gets stuck in registering state. Conditions: Full state restore of UCS Central VM from a full state backup file.
