Cisco Bug: CSCun40024 - Upgrading from 7.0.x p 7.2.x - 7.5.0 causes VSOM initialization error

After upgrading to VSM 7.5.0, if the a user tries to login to VSOM they may see an error that says, "Operation failed: Application is still initializing. Try again after some time"

This is a normal message, but if it is still present after 10 minutes, then you may be running into this issue.

This issue can occur if the upgraded server went through a series of upgrades from VSM 7.0.x to 7.2.x, then to 7.5.  The issue is caused by the creation of duplicate entries for some camera devices in the VSOM database, which prevents the VSOM 7.5. initialization from completing.  In the vsom_be.log an error will be reported for a duplicate cisco_6930 or axisgeneric device.

VSM 7.5 Upgrade Application Failed Still initializing
After upgrading from 7.1 to 7.5 and all reports appeared fine when trying to login to the VSOM page I get the attached error. It never actually initializes after 24 hours. I can login to VSM and see 2 of 3 service sucessfully started. The Operations Manager overall status report critical. Image 2 attached. Has anyone done and upgrade from 7.1 and seen this and come up with a fix? Thanks for any input.
