Description (partial)

Symptom:
On the C888-K9 platform, socket errors are seen upon router boot-up when there is no initial configuration (ie, after write erase and reload).

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/network-confg (Socket error)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/cisconet.cfg (Socket error)
 
I don't see this issue for other C800 platforms running the same IOS version.

Conditions:
This problem happens on the C888-K9 platform that does not have initial configuration in NVRAM.
