Description (partial)

Symptom:
TL1/SFTP/PCLI access stops working after running a TL1 RTRV script for 1 and half hours.

Conditions:
The problem happens after a script that does 100 repeated RTRV commands using TL1 was done on the node. The script ran fine for 1 and half hours and then the TL1 session got stuck. There is no reply from the node, and the node is inaccessible for TL1, PCLI, SFTP/SSH. The problem happens only when the node is in secure access mode for Shell, EMS, TL1, PCLI, or when the node is in FIPS/FIPS and CC mode. For FIPS/FIPS and CC mode operation, secure access is a pre-requisite. The problem is visible after the script run, on the following releases, 10.01, 9.80, 9.81.
