Description (partial)

Audio is not audible when we seek the media files (mp3/wmv).

Steps to reproduce:
- Create RDP(Windows 2008R2) connection from Connection Manager
- Launch Windows 2008 R2 server
- Play mp3/wmv media file and seek the media file 
- Observe the Audio is stopped from the seeking point

RDP connection.
