Description (partial)

An SM-X Service Module installed in a 4351 or 4451 router unexpectedly reloads.  The logs from the router show the following message:

%IOMD-3-MODULE_MESSAGE:iomd:  SM-X-ES3-16-P[1/0] NGIO control packet loss detected: Router not initiating module recovery. Control plane and D

Symptom:
An SM-X Service Module installed in a 4351 or 4451 router unexpectedly reloads.  The logs from the router show the following message:

Conditions:
No specific condition. Occurs even when the module is idle.

Note: 15.0(2)EJ affected by this bug switch-side. The fixed releases are for the EtherSwitch.
