Description (partial)

Symptom:
CUCM version:10.0.1.10000-24
phone load:sip78xx-10-1-1SR1-2

Conditions:
1.configure phone A with a speed dial number in the line key
2.press the CFA softkey and then press the speed dial line key, phone A will dial out and the UI will be stuck at inputting the CFA number status

RT phone is working fine
