Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer calls an internal IP Phone extension which has SNR configured after certain rings call is sent to remote destination over SIP trunk , after remote destination answers the call cell phone user hear announcement as Press any digit. Once user enter the digit call is connected(SNR Voice Detection Policy is set to User Control). When RDP Cell phone is put on hold by Calling IP Phone PSTN user hear Tone on Hold Instead of  MOH.

SNR Voice Detection Policy is set to User Control
