Description (partial)
Symptom: As per PostCallSurvey documentation, it says all call context from original call gets passed to PCS call. Below is the text from the Guide. Note: The call context for the post call survey includes all context up to the point where the call is transferred to the agent. Context that the agent creates after the transfer is not included in the post call survey context. Conditions: What data gets from Original call gets passed to PostCallSurvey
