Description (partial)

Symptom:
A user without any admin role should not be allowed to log in to the Cisco Unity Connection Administration page.

Currently users are able to log in and the "Not Authorized" message is displayed.

All configuration tabs are visible on the Left pane. Trying to access any of the tabs will give a "Not Authorized"

Conditions:
Any version of Unity Connection when a CUC user tries to log in to the CUC Admin page.
