Cisco Bug: CSCun35745 - Lock screen went blank and display inaccessible-One time issue

Description (partial)

Upon locking the device using hard keys , it got locked and displayed a blank screen (blank screen might have came because by default device is in night time mode of power save). After that device was not responding to the touches. Hard keys weren't helping much either. This was seen only once.

1 - Factory reset the device.
2 - Once the device comes up , configure google account and lock the device.
3 - Now, try 'Forgot PIN' option on the right top corner.
4 - Unlock the device and set a PIN again.
5 - From Settings->Security->Default app, set Phone as to be displayed on lock screen always.
6 - Disconnect the Wi-Fi connection so that the phone won't be registered to the Call manager.
7 - Lock the endpoint.
