Description (partial)
Symptom: Voice mail service is disconnected sometimes when Jabber in background. Conditions: Steps: 1- Edge sign in Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence with Unified Communication Manager and Voice mail 2- Verify all services connected -> Put Jabber into background 3- Wait for 10 minutes -> Put Jabber back to foreground Result: Sometimes, show voice mail service reconnecting. Expected Result: Should not show voice mail service reconnecting when put Jabber back to foreground
