Description (partial)

A Cisco UCS compute blade that finished upgrading its software may experience a condition where one component state is stuck in Activating. The blade is completely operational and presents no symptoms, but any change in configuration of the service-profile (even minor ones) will results in UCSM requesting for a reboot as it detects that a component is not in Ready state.

This issue is encounter randomly during the blade upgrade using a FW host policy. The problem is seen after the blade completes the upgrade. It will look Ready and allows for OS to boot and work properly, but a component may still be in Activating.
