Symptom:Fabric Module or Linecard Module Internal link flaps can cause - traffic drops during the time the link is down. - excessive and frequent internal link flaps can cause additional processing overhead on xbar manager and cause problem getting the Line cards in other slots to come online in rare scenarios. Fix is, as part of a default EEM policy, bring down Fabric module if a link flaps exceed link_flap threshold in any specified time interval. Also provide capability to modify linkflap threshold interval and policy action. Conditions:It is a very rare excessive error handling condition for the case in case there is a bad internal link on the Fabric Module.
