Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading a N5K to a 7.x release, the 'ppm' process may crash soon after the box comes online.

Conditions:
Upgrade is done. The process fails due to memory exhaustion.

Port-security configuration in port profiles applied to port-channels seems to cause this issue. See More-info for sample config.
