Description (partial)

Symptom:
The presence engine in certain scenarios will generate a large flood of logs when in detailed mode.  The logs will consist of the following lines repeated thousands of times:

15:52:19.407 |system.tcp 1165822 DEBUG TCP processSelected() got socket in unexpected state 2, upper layer will handle
15:52:19.407 |system.tcp 1165822 INFO No valid state to switch to for socket [84], prior thread still active?
15:52:19.407 |system.tcp 1165822 DEBUG fireReadySocket got socket 84 in state 2, revents=1


This bug is created to have these logging lines removed from debug mode as they do not represent any particular error, and should be ignored.
