Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the packets are switched across the Hwic-xT interfaces, an extra latency was added which can be  in the range of 100-200ms or more

Conditions:
Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol and multicast traffic is impacted.
Normal TCP/UDP doesn't have any issues
