Unable to get any error message if priority is matched for two Call Categories under Dial Plan Configuration

Steps to Reproduce :
•	Login to the CPC Assurance Web-GUI 
•	Go to Administration-> System Setup -> Call Classification -> Dial Plan Configuration
•	Select a dial plan and click on edit
•	Now give the same priority for two Call Categories and click on apply
•                     No error/ info message appears for this unaccepted move
